My name is Katie and I offer one-to-one confidential therapy sessions face-to-face in Blandford Forum, Dorset, along with phone, instant messaging and email therapy for those who cannot attend in person or live further afield.

I aim to provide a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, helping you navigate life's challenges and achieve personal growth. Therapy gives you the chance to talk openly with a professional who is there to listen and support you, separate from your personal relationships, allowing you the freedom to express yourself without fear of judgement.
