The essence of my work is to facilitate self-growth by helping you identify the core challenges and setbacks in your life, so that you can overcome and integrate them with confidence. To achieve this I work using an integrative style of therapy and a range of therapeutic approaches, including:

  • Person Centred (Rogerian): Exploring your perceptions of self and views of the world.

  • Existential: Focusing on existence in the world within the limits of the human condition.

  • Transactional Analysis: Understanding interactions in relation to past experiences and identifying problem areas.

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy: Exploring the links between thoughts, feelings and behaviours, with a view to removing destructive patterns.

  • Creative Therapies: Using artistic and creative interventions to explore emotions when words can be too overwhelming.

  • Attachment Theory: Exploring childhood attachments and patterns of relating to others.
